If you feel that you have received a faulty item, please do get in touch with us at hello@tuiandmo.co.nz. Please attach an image including a description of the fault and we will assess the item on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery.
Noted items lost or damaged in transit will need to be claimed via the third party delivery service.
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item then we will offer you a credit or refund. Exclusions include sale items.
Please return the item within 14 days of the item being delivered.
The items must be in original condition and must include any packaging and original tags. We suggest reusing the same packaging to avoid damage and of course that’s great for the environment.
We offer free shipping on applicable orders on the understanding that if you need to return the item for a refund or credit that the shipping costs will be at the customers expense
