HOW TO BREW
1 tsp per cup | 80°C | 3-5 mins
Also delicious as iced tea. To ice, simply add one teaspoon of mulled wine blend per cup of room temperature water and let the blend infuse for at least a couple of hours; we recommend infusing in the fridge overnight for the best infusion. Pour over ice to serve.

Rose petals: Rose petals are more than just pretty. They are antioxidant rich little petals and are both anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Rose petals have been known to reduce stress and alleviate menstrual pain.
Ginger: One of our favourite anti-inflammatory ingredients. Known to relieve nausea & motion sickness, lower blood pressure and support heart health.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon is an all-round wonder. It is high in antioxidants and is an anti-inflammatory. Cinnamon is known to improve sensitivity to insulin (great if you are insulin-resistant), lower blood sugar, support heart health and helps with neurodegenerative diseases. It also fights both bacterial and fungal infections.
